What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two stages:

Processing Time
Within 1–3 working days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. The parcel will then be prepared for shipment. -
Shipping Time
United Kingdom: 5–10 working days
Shipping is handled by Royal Mail.
All shipping times exclude potential customs delays. During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.
What does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the parcel.
Where is my parcel?
After shipping, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple parcels.
My tracking number doesn’t work
It may take up to 5 working days for tracking information to update. If tracking still does not provide information after a few days, please contact customer service.
